Aroma was judged on its welcome, friendliness, service, knowledge and appearance of staff, cleanliness, décor, clear pricing, availability, temperature and presentation of food and drinks, accuracy and presentation of the bill, and general awareness of facilities within The Mall. Rex Ng, Aroma's duty manager, who received the award, explained: "We work very hard on staff training and on high standards, the award is a great testament to the achievements of our staff and management."
