Bromley restaurant receives top marks for food hygiene
Vallorini, a 'fusion food' restaurant in the Glades Shopping Centre in Bromley, has received a top five-star rating for food hygiene.
Chairman of the Safer Bromley Partnership, Cllr Colin Bloom presented a certificate to company director Simon Leveton and Chef Paul O'Neill to mark their restaurant's high score under the national Scores on the Doors scheme. Vallorini will be changing its name to Rock Fusion this month.. Cllr Bloom said: "Scores on the Doors presents a fantastic opportunity for customers to make informed choices about the places where they buy their food.
"Each business is rated from one to five stars. All are compliant with the food hygiene regulations, but we really welcome those further up the scale, such as Vallorini, who are going the extra mile!"
Simon Leveton added: "We're delighted to be given this honour. It's a fitting reward for the hard work that I and the staff put in to achieve excellence for our customers."
