Chef Richard Corrigan introduces fish masterclasses at his restaurant
Richard Corrigan, head chef and owner of Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill in London, is offering fish masterclasses at his establishment, starting next month.
Attendees can learn how to dress a crab, prepare the perfect lobster, shuck oysters, correctly fillet fish and make the ultimate traditional fish and chips.
The one day classes will take place on Saturday 26th March, Saturday 14th May and Saturday 8th October 2011. Priced at £295 per person, each class includes a cooking session from 10am until 12.30pm followed by a lunch with matched wines, including dishes prepared on the course such as lobster cocktail, beer battered fish and Irish soda bread.
