Clare Smyth joins PX+ festival chef line-up
Industry festival PX+ has revealed some of the top chefs joining this year’s event, including Craft Guild of Chef 2018 Award winners, Clare Smyth and Doug McMaster.
Also joining the 2019 line-up are chefs Greg Marchand (Frenchie), Gareth Ward (Ynyshir) and Chantelle Nicholson (Tredwells), alongside butchers, bakers, cheese makers and other food producers.
The annual event is “created by the hospitality industry for the industry” and will this year take place 17-19 August at Duchess Farms (Hertfordshire).
It will include:
- Workshops, talks and tasting sessions
- Dining experiences at the PX+ Table and Crop Circle Table
- A ‘Secret Table’ serving ‘intimate’ dinners for up to 10 guests
- A BBQ and live music
- A pastry Kitchen
- “Bigger and better” PX+ Bakery
Guests will also have the chance to privately talk to the PX+ Listens team for support with any issues that they may have, from mental health to money worries or business mentoring.
Weekend tickets cost £120 and include a free daily breakfast and camping pitch if you bring our own tent.
