Craft Guild of Chefs chair to deliver keynote speech at FEA Conference

Mark Reynolds, regional executive chef at Levy UK and chairman of the Craft Guild of Chefs, will deliver a keynote address to attendees at the Foodservice Equipment Association’s (FEA) Industry Conference which is taking place at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel on 12–13th November 2025.

With the theme of Business Agility, the FEA Industry Conference offers an ‘unparalleled opportunity’ for Craft Guild of Chefs members to engage with the latest innovations and thought leadership in the foodservice equipment sector.

Levy and Compass Group are at the ‘cutting edge’ of both technology in the kitchen and in their interaction with customers, particularly in the fast-moving transactions that major events require. Reynolds will share how implemented technological advancements such as facial recognition are enhancing customer experiences.

Having started his Career in his father’s pub, Reynolds soon learned the love for the industry and started a career at Hilton working at the Famous Park Lane Hotel, the Langham and the launch of Six Hilton Nationals over a 4-year period.

He has gone on to run some of the biggest sporting venues in the world this including the National Stadium Wembley the opening of the Emirates Stadium, Tottenham Hotspurs state of the art stadium and more recently into a regional role looking after the O2, The Oval, Chelsea, Brentford, Tottenham and the Goodwood estate.

Now with over 35 years of experience in the industry, Reynolds loves to keep progressing; delivering new and exciting methods and techniques of ways of doing things and incorporating this into his food.
