Over the last 25 years Essential Cuisine has supported the next generation of chefs, launched products for a variety of sectors and raised money for charity.   

Essential Cuisine, creator of kitchen-made tasting stocks, jus, demi-glace and gravy, has had a number of its products approved by the Craft Guild of Chefs' endorsement scheme, including beef jus, premier jus and stock mix range.
