A record number of chefs and restaurants from across the North West, Yorkshire, North East, Scotland and Northern Ireland have entered the Hi-Life Dining Awards 2011, in association with Secured Mail.

Lisa Lund, commercial director of Hi-Life, said: "The calibre of entries this year has been exceptionally high, with a number of new business members of Hi-Life taking part, which is great to see.
