The hotel's executive chef, Lee Streeton, will be leading the culinary days and will be demonstrating new and unique ways to prepare seasonal produce this summer. Lee, previously at The Ivy and Le Caprice in the capital, will take a group of up to six people to London's Borough Market to meet his suppliers and select best ingredients. He will then host a demonstration back at the hotel on how to prepare and cook all ingredients, followed by lunch in the restaurant. The culinary day, taking place on 14 June, will start at 9am and will cost £150 per person, including a half-a-bottle of wine.
