Heinz Foodservice has replaced its existing website with an interactive one, which it says is an online resource tool that will giving caterers vital information about the products they should be investing in, and how they can profit from their choices with a competitive edge.
Through business profiling, Heinzsight.co.uk will tailor the website and solutions to the user. Caterers can receive information by logging on to the website, answering seven questions relating to their operation, which will determine how Heinz can help with the business. Advice is offered to those in the pub, café, hotel restaurant, staff business, staff manufacturing, health, education, public service and travel and leisure sectors. For example, Heinz would suggest relevant breakfast types for hotel restaurants are 'healthy choice' and 'total treat' consumer types, whereas for pubs, the website would suggest 'fuel up' and 'grab 'n' go' consumer types.
