Hospitality Action hosts an evening with Michel Roux and Brian Turner
The latest fundraiser event for industry charity, Hospitality Action, will see ‘legendary’ chef Brian Turner interview Michel Roux at the new Roux at Skindles (Taplow Riverside) restaurant.
As well as enjoying ‘Michel Roux in conversation with Brian Turner’, guests will be treated to a Champagne reception followed by ‘simple yet delicious’ sharing plates from Roux’s brand new brasserie.
Dishes will showcase the chef’s “casual take on classic French brasserie fare” such as snails, scallop à la Parisienne, and pâté with sourdough bread.
The evening will finish live jazz entertainment and all guests receiving a signed copy of Roux’s book ‘Sauces’.
