Scott will lead the 28 kitchen team at the hotel and will be responsible for co-ordinating the food offering in the restaurant, Piccadilly Lounge, meetings and events spaces, as well as exclusive private dining suite The Sky Lounge. The new head chef joins the establishment following two years at The Haycock, Wansford, where he led a brigade of 14 chefs creating fine dining and brasserie menus for the eatery. Prior to this, he worked alongside TV chef Gordon Ramsay as head chef at the one Michelin-star Savoy Grill, servicing the 200-cover restaurant and private dining venue.
