
Sheraton Grand London Park Lane appoints executive chef
Dugan said: “I’m thrilled to be part of the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane team and to be working with such exciting food and beverage venues.
“I look forward to bringing my own style and personality to the restaurants to continue to establish them as some of the best places to eat in Mayfair.
In his new position, Dugan will oversee Mercante, the hotel’s Italian restaurant, The Palm Court and Smith and Whistle, the bar serving food, cocktails and craft beer. He will also oversee food offerings for the hotel’s event spaces.
Dugan comes to the role with 24 years experience, including at The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane and at John Burton Race at The Landmark Hotel, London.
