Synergy Grill Technology appoints new manager

Written by: Katie Imms
Grill specialist Synergy Grill Technology has appointed a new manager, Di Howard, to be “the ultimate ambassador” for the company.

Joining from Thames Water, Howard has vast experience of the water industry, making her the “perfect representative” to inform Synergy Grill Technology’s end users about its operational and environmental benefits.

She said: “I am thrilled to be commencing this role with Synergy Grill Technology and team.

“As well as being suited to my experience, the energy efficient ethos of the equipment, perfectly suits my personal passion for exciting product innovations that deliver environmental benefits.

“Unlike conventional chargrills, Synergy Grill technology atomises any fat produced during the cooking process, leaving only dust to be vacuumed or brushed away the morning after service.

“This eliminates the need to spend hours cleaning fat trays and reduces the operator’s contribution to environmental damage caused by fat and grease disposal, such as blocked sewers.

Chief executive and chairman Justin Cadbury added: “We’re delighted to welcome Di to Synergy Grill Technology.

“With a reputation for driving transformational change and a thorough understanding of the environmental issues that are core to our equipment, Di made for a natural choice for this new position.

“Alongside advising Synergy Grill, its dealers and customers on some of the environmental issues, Di will also be managing Synergy Grills’ key dealers in the south of the UK, helping them to grow their sales and profits, and also support their customers.”
