Top chefs to stage at The Restaurant Show

Written by: Admin
Top internationally renowned chefs including Claude Bosi at Hibiscus, Chris Galvin of Galvin at Windows, and Giorgio Locatelli at Locanda Locatelli, will be demonstrating their culinary skills on The Stage at this year's Restaurant Show.
There will also be an increased focus on ethnic cuisines, in particular Asian. Chefs Atul Kochhar of Benares and Cyrus Todiwala of Café Spice Namaste (pictured) will be preparing a selection of dishes from the East. In addition to this line-up, The Stage will also be hosting a controversial Panel Debate, in association with the charity Action Against Hunger, with high profile players and critics in the food and drink industry battling it out. More details of the event will be coming soon. The show is kicking off at Earls Court 2 from 6-8 October.
