Restaurants taking part include Maze, Arbutus, Galvin Bistrot de Luxe, Galvin at Windows, St Alban and Magdalen (pictured). These venues will be featuring a Greek inspired menu to complement the event, which will include ingredients such as olives, extra virgin oil, honey, saffron and cheese. All of the selected London restaurants have been recognised and selected for their dedication to excellence in the produce they choose and the creativity with which they approach their menus. Each venue has strong connections with the Mediterranean and therefore understands the basis for the Mediterranean diet which was born in Crete, Greece.
