U Dine Network announces winner of University of the Year

The U Dine Network Conference & Awards, which took place at the University of Warwick on 5th June 2025, crowned the University of Birmingham as the winner of the University of the Year.

Following a stimulating programme of keynote talks on topics such as plant-based cuisine, sustainability, customer service and future trends, the Awards Dinner was held in the Slate centre with awards host Simon Rimmer.

This event brought together hospitality leaders from across the UK higher education sector for a day of learning, networking and celebration. The full list of winners includes:
