Vice chair of Craft Guild embraces ‘every walk of life’ in kitchen

Mark Reynolds, vice chair of the Craft Guild of Chefs was quoted in a recent BBC Three article where he talks about the hospitality industry being a ‘place for everyone to thrive a build a rewarding career’.

Reynolds, who is executive head chef of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, was quoted in the BBC Three article as saying: "My brigade [kitchen staff], like all of them, is a family and we are very protective of the team at every level, from first job to head chef.

"The unique thing about our industry is that we have the flexibility to embrace every walk of life, and with the right training and support, the kitchen can be a great place for everyone to thrive and build a rewarding career."
