Want to learn more about Olive Oil?
Judy Ridgway, one of the leading experts in Olive Oil, will be holding an olive oil masterclass next week (8 May) which will include tastings and cookery demonstrations on a number of regional oils from across the Mediterranean.
The event, hosted by a family run olive oil specialist, Filippo Berio, will offer demonstrations by resident chef Danilo Trozzi who will be discussing how oil can be used to cook healthier chips, providing techniques on lighter baking, and offering tips for 'dressing' up your salad.
The talks will also give workers within the hospitality industry a further understanding of how olive oil is made and how it can be incorporated into daily diets.
