The night saw 17 chefs from across the breadth of the hospitality industry, including contract catering, pubs, restaurants and the wider scene, triumph in their categories at a glittering ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel.

Chris and Jeff Galvin, more commonly known as the Galvin Brothers, were given the night’s Special Award for their impact on the industry, whilst Sodexo’s Gareth Billington was voted the People’s Choice.

On the night over 750 guests voted in the Innovation category, which saw Soho Farmhouse, part of the private members club group Soho House romp to victory.
