Dolmio and Uncle Ben’s

The Craft Guild of Chefs has awarded Dolmio and Uncle Ben’s entire range of ready-to-use foodservice sauces its highly prestigious accreditation.

 

Comprising 18 flavours, including Uncle Ben’s Sweet Thai Chilli and Mexican Salsa varieties as well as the Dolmio Creamy Tomato and Pesto - each received either an A or B grade (the highest scores possible) after rigorous testing.

 

As well as being suitable for gluten-free diets and vegetarians, which judges praised for “making it a lot easier to use and serve dishes to a varied customer base,” they also said jars were ‘the perfect size for cooking’ and ‘much better than alternative brands previously used.’
