They began by acquiring a small business in Yorkshire that was hand-making tofu using a traditional Japanese method.
Since then, Tofoo Co. has grown into a major player in the UK grocery market. Their Naked Tofu has become the top-selling meat-free product in grocery retailers, a testament to their commitment to making tofu a staple, not just a niche food. With a focus on expanding their appeal and a great team behind them, Lydia and David are dedicated to making tofu a "food for all."
