To spice up, add chopped chilli or chorizo to vegetable mixture. Serve with salads, breads, sour cream or crème fraiche.
• 2 tortilla wraps
• 200g mushrooms
• 1 red onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 300g Dolmio Bolognese sauce
• 100g spring greens
• 200g broccoli
• 100g cooked turkey (British roast turkey breast)
• 75g grated cheese
1. Heat oven to 180°C.
2. Trim the wraps to fit dish and place to one side.
3. Dice the mushrooms, thinly slice red onion and crush and chop garlic.
4. Fold into the sauce.
5. Cut the spring greens into 1cm pieces and broccoli into small florets, fold into mixture, with the turkey and season.
6. Spread a third of the mixture into a foil dish and top with the wrap.
7. Spread another third of the mixture, then the final wrap.
8. Finish with last layer of vegetables, sprinkle over the cheese and season.
9. Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden.
