The competition challenges young chefs and front-of-house stars across the UK to showcase their creativity, teamwork and flair in a real-world restaurant environment.

Competitors will be tasked with creating and serving an innovative three-course menu, demonstrating outstanding technical ability, communication and service standards. Entries are now open and the closing date is 16th January 2026.
